Experience
I have tutored reading for the past two years helping students become much more successful. I am able to teach the students the basics of phonics and help them to feel confident to try to read without fear of being wrong. I feel that respecting the student and their efforts is very important to their success. I helped the fifth grade class that I student taught to have a love of wring and to greatly improve their writing skills. I have taken many educational classes to help teach your student. Although literacy is my passion, I am very qualified to teach elementary math and social studies.
